Een van de slechtste films die ik ooit heb gezien. Deze komt binnen met stip, maar haalt het nog net niet bij "Return of the Killer Tomatoes", die zo slecht is als zijn naam doet vermoeden.
Het betreft een jaren zeventig film uit Kenia (!) over de Oegandese President. In de film worden alle (terechte) vooroordelen bevestigd: moorden, verkrachtingen, kanibalisme. Alles is zo realistisch mogelijk gefilmd, maar helaas door acteurs die dat nog nooit eerder gedaan hebben. Het krijgt daardoor een hoog Bud Spencer / Terence Hill gehalte. De slachtoffers spelen beter, alsof ze bij de burgemeester werkelijk een oor hebben afgesneden. Zouden ze die figuranten stiekum
